Lookinginto the current trend, entrepreneurship has beenone ofthe mostusedtoolsto measure a country’sstate of development.Indonesia currently hasquite low number in the development ofentrepreneurs compared to other developedcountries. Ciputra University is one of the institutes builtto address this problembut has atendencyto develop individual entrepreneurs instead of groupentrepreneurs.Two most suspected factors regarding this tendency are motivationand leadership, as the core to the individual work behavior, based on theorganizational learning theory.This research seeks to find out the core problem from the first learningexperience of Entrepreneurship students at Ciputra University,which is from thirdsemester students. Data are gathered using online questionnairesto the sampleusing the five-point Likert Scale as the measurement indicator.The data areanalyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23.The results show that both motivation and leadership haveapositiverelationship with work behavior. However, motivation is found to be insignificantin influencing work behavior, while leadership significantly influences workbehavior.The finding provides more insight to the understanding of motivation,leadership, and work behavior in entrepreneurial learning in Ciputra University. | en_US |
