THE INFLUENCE OF REWARD SYSTEM, JOB SATISFACTION,ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TOWARDS JOB PERFORMANCE IN CV.SURYA
CV. Surya is one of the manufacturing companies in Indonesia that engaged inmanufacturing apparel. CV. Surya itself havehasbeen establishedsince 2008, and producesbaby clothing with various brands such as Tamashii, Fukushii and Takkyu. The purpose of thisresearch is to improve employee performance in CV.SuryaCV. Suryawhich tends to declinein the past years and also facing a turnover problem thataffectsthe company’s performance.This research is a quantitative research type with the data collection method using aquestionnaires. The object in this study was CV. Surya and the subject used in this study wereemployees within the company. The results of this research is for analyzing the most effectiveinfluence in this company to improve employee work performance.To follow,the companycan form strategies and make decisions on how to improve employee performance in the future.So that employees in the companywillincreasingly have high motivation to work and providethe best for the company that will have a positive impact on the company and its employees.
