| dc.description | The purpose of this research isto analyze the effect of jobsatisfaction andemployee engagement on turnover intention at PT. Harapan Jaya Multi Bisnis. Themethod that will be used in this research is quantitative research methodbyusingMultiple Linear Regression. The number of populationthat isdetermined is allemployees at PT. Harapan Jaya Multi Business. Thisresearchwill usequestionnairesthat will be distributed to company employees as respondents tofullfildata in thisresearch. The techniquethat isusedin samplingare160employeesat PT. Harapan Jaya Multi Bisnis.Independent variablesarejobsatisfaction and employee engagement, and dependent variable is turnoverintention. The analysisthat isused is validity test, reliability test, multiple linearregression analysis and hypothesis testthat isusedarepartial test (t test). Dataanalysis is assisted by SPSS software.Afterits result isanalyzed, itisfound thatwhen employee's job satisfactionisincreased thereforewill decrease theemployee's turnover intention. | dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh darijob satisfactiondanemployee engagementterhadapturnover intentionpada PT. Harapan Jaya MultiBisnis. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitiankuantitatif dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda.Jumlah populasi yangditetapkan adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Harapan Jaya Multi Bisnis.Penelitianini akan menggunakan kusioner yang akan disebarkan kepada karyawan perusahaansebagai responden untuk memenuhi data pada penelitian ini. Teknik yangdigunakan dalam pengambilan sampeladalahseluruh pegawai PT. Harapan JayaMulti Bisnisdenganjumlah 160 karyawan.Variabel independennyayaitujobsatisfactiondanemployee engagement,danvariabel dependennya adalahturnoverintention. Analisis yang digunakanadalahuji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis regresilinier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu uji parsial (uji t).Analisa data dibantu oleh software SPSS.Setelah dianalisishasilnya,didapatkanbahwaketikajob satisfactionseorang karyawan meningkat maka akan menurunkanturnover intentionkaryawan tersebut.
