This research is done with batch 3 of 2017 of Corporate Entrepreneurship ofUniversitas Ciputrastudent as research object. The purpose of this research is to find outthe effect of Coworker Support on Work Engagement with Supervisor Support andMeaningful Work as moderation variables incontextofinternshipstudentswhoworkatthecompanies.Thevariablesthatitused in this research, that is, Coworker Support asindependent variable, workengagement as dependent variable, and Supervisor Support andmeaningful work as moderation 1 and2variables.Themethodthatitusedinthisresearch,thatis,analysismethodsuch as Partial Least Square (PLS) with software SmartPLS. Thesample in this research, thatis,batch3of2017ofCorporateEntrepreneurshipofUniversitas Ciputrainternship students with the total of 96 people..Based on the analysis that is done it is obtained the result that Coworker Supportaffect significant on Work Engagement, Supervisor Support and Meaningful WorkdonotsupportthemoderationofWorkEngagementeffectonCoworkerSupport of batch 3 of 2017Corporate Entrepreneurship internship students atUniversitas Ciputra.en_US
