Exile product sale gets fluctuated monthly, the purpose of this research is to findout the effect of price perception and product quality on consumer satisfaction of Exile clutch bagproduct. This reseacrh uses quantitative approach, population and sample in this research is allconsumers who have ever purchased exile clutch bag product in Surabaya amount 88 people.
