Looking into the current trend, entrepreneurship has been one of the most used tools to measure a country’s state of development . Indonesia currently has quite low number in the development of entrepreneurs compared to other developed countries. Ciputra University is one of the institutes built to address this problem but has a tendency to develop individual entrepreneurs instead of group entrepreneurs. Two most suspected factors regarding this tendency are motivation and leadership, as the core to the individual work behavior, based on the organizational learning theory. This research seeks to find out the core problem from the first learning experience of Entrepreneurship students at Ciputra University, which is from third semester students. Data are gathered using online questionnaires to the sample using the five - point Likert Scale as the measurement indicator. The data are analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results show that both motivation and leadership have a positive relationship with work behavior. However, motivation is found to be insignificant in influencing work behavior, while leadership significantly influences work behavior. The finding provides more insight to the understanding of motivation, leadership, and work behavior in entrepreneurial learning in Ciputra University.en_US
