This research aims to create a Standard Operating Procedures to improve the product quality of Mie Ndower. The object of this research is Ndower House. This research is a qualitative research which uses semi-structured interviews and documentation study as methods of data collection. Additionally, Source Triangulation is used to test the validity and reliability of the study results. The data obtained will be analyzed and used to create a production Standard Operating Procedures for Ndower House. | dc.description.abstract | Ndower House adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang food&beverage. Selama ini perusahaan tidak memiliki SOP secara tertulis, hanya secara lisan saja. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat standar operasional prosedur untuk meningkatkan mutu dari kualitas produk Mie Ndower. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Ndower House. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah chef atau ahli kualitas makanan, perusahaan sejenis, dan pemiliki. Menggunakan metode prosedur purposif, lima orang informan dipilih oleh peneliti sebagai informan.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan wawancara semiterstruktur dan studi dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Penulis menggunakan triangulasi sumber untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas dari hasil penelitian. Data yang sudah didapat akan dianalisa untuk menciptakan sebuah SOP Produksi untuk Ndower House. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pembuatan standar operasional prosedur untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk sehingga dapat memajukan sebuah perusahaan. | en_US |
