| dc.description | This research is done with 2020/2021 International Business ManagementStudent Unionas researchobject. The propose of this research is to find out theeffect of individual learning orientationon individual innovative behavior withwork group cohesionas mediation variable in virtual teamcontext.The variablethat used in this research, that is,individual learning orientation as independentvariable, individual innovative behavior as dependent variable, and work groupcohesion as mediationvariable. The methodthat is used in this research, thatis,analysis method such asPartial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLSsoftware. Thesample ofthis research, that is,2020/2021 International BusinessManagementStudent Union member, with the total36 respondents.Thisresearch uses sensustechnique, that is saturated samplein sampling.Data collection technique in this research, that is,distributinggoogle formquestionnaires with Likert scale measurement. Based on data analysis, it isconcluded that individual learning orientation (X) and individual innovativebehavior (Y)variableswith significant value of 0,003, individual learningorientation (X) and work group cohesion(M)variablesare significant withsignificant value of 0,000,work group cohesion (M) and individual innovativebehavior (Y)variablesaresignificant with significant value of 0,049. | dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan denganStudent Unionjurusan InternationalBusiness Management periode 2020/2021 sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhindividual learning orientationterhadapindividual innovative behaviordenganwork group cohesionsebagai variabelmediasi dalam konteksvirtual team.Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian iniyaituindividual learning orientationsebagai variabel independen,individualinnovative behaviorsebagai variabel dependen, danwork group cohesionsebagaivariabel mediasi.
