| dc.description | Covid-19 pandemic encouragespeople around the world to carry out Work from Homein ordertohold thevirusspread rate. Likewise the situation in Indonesia. Workfrom Homeor isknownalso as remote workingtermis more flexible workingsystem,because workersdo duty andobligation outofofficephysical environment. WhenWorkfromHome, workers are faced withsituation to carry out personal life responsibilityas well. Thisthingcan affect Work Life Balanceof the worker concerned. A worker's Work Life Balance can be influenced by several factors,suchasWork Fatigue and Work Engagement factors.Thisresearchuses quantitative research method and Smart PLS application thatisusedto analyze data. The populationthat is gatheredby workers throughout Indonesia has severalcriteria such as:have evercarried out Work From Home with 3 monthtime accumulation, hadworking time of20to40 hours per week, an intrapreneur, andanoffice worker. By usingpurposive sampling technique, the total samplethat isused is 120 people. The results show thatthe relationship between Work From Home and Work Life Balanceonworkersin Indonesiaisinsignificant, the relationship between Work Engagement and Work Life Balance on workersinIndonesiaisinsignificant, the relationship between Work Fatigue and Work Life Balanceonworkersin Indonesia is significant, the relationship between Work From HomeandWorkEngagementonworkers in Indonesia is significant, the relationship between Work From Homeand Work Fatigueonworkers in Indonesia isinsignificant, the relationship between Work FromHome and Work Life Balance is influenced by Work Engagementonworkers in Indonesiaisinsignificant, and the relationship between Work From HomeandWork Life Balance is influencedby Work Fatigue on workers in Indonesia isinsignificant. | en_US |

Demikian pula dengan situasi di Indonesia.WorkFrom Homeatau yang dikenal juga dengan istilahremote workingmerupakan sebuah sistem kerjayang lebih fleksibel karena para pekerja melakukan tugas dan kewajibannya di luar lingkunganfisik kantor. SaatWork From Home, pekerja dihadapkan dengan situasi untuk melaksanakantanggung jawab kehidupan pribadinya juga. Hal ini dapat memengaruhiWork Life Balancepekerjayang bersangkutan.Work Life Balanceseorang pekerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor,diantaranya adalah faktorWork FatiguedanWork Engagement.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan aplikasi Smart PLS yangdigunakan untuk menganalisa data.
