| dc.description | Mustep.id is a business engaged in food and beverages, especially coffee. The business idea ofMustep.id started from thecoffee trend that was bustling among the Indonesian people, startingfrom that idea and then developing it into a modern coffee shop that carries the Japaneseindustrial concept that is comfortable for formal and non-formal meetings and does not onlysellprocessed coffee products. To observe the research phenomenon, pre-survey researchactivities were carried out. Pre-survey activities are carried out by means of direct interviewswith several colleagues and customers to find out what problems exist in thecommunity ormarket so that problems such as product quality, place, price, service, procedures / rules /etiquette in a business become a rejection. measure potential customers to visit or becomeregular customers of a coffee shop or cafe. Based on the results of the pre-survey conducted,no one saw the promotion variable and physical evidence as an indicator/variable, so theresearcher decided to examine the 5Ps. This method is also widely used for start-up or corporatebusinesses, so it is very possibleto apply it to Muste.id. In this study observed how the influenceof products, prices, places, processes, and people on customer satisfaction. The research datawas obtained from distributing questionnaires to the research respondents as many as 110respondents. The data obtained were processed using multiple linear regression method. Theresults showed that place and product had no effect on customer satisfaction. The results showthat price, process, and people have a significant effect on customer satisfaction | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Mustep.id merupakan bisnis yang bergerak dibidang makanan dan minumankhususnya kopi. Ide bisnis Mustep.id berawal dari trenkopi yang ramai dikalangan masyarakatIndonesia, berangkat dari ide tersebut lalu dikembangkan menjadi kedai kopi modern yangmengusung konsep industrial jepang yang nyaman untuk pertemuan formal dan non-formalserta tidak hanya menjual produk olahan kopi.Untuk mengamati fenomena penelitian makadilakukan kegiatan pra survei penelitian. Kegiatan pra survei dilakukan dengan cara kegiatanwawancara langsung kepada beberapa rekan kerja dan pelanggan untuk mengetahui masalahapa yang terdapat didalammasyarakat atau pasar sehingga dapatlah masalah seperti kualitasproduk, tempat, harga, pelayanan, prosedur/aturan/tata kerama dalam sebuah bisnis menjadisebuah tolak ukur calon pelanggan untuk berkunjung atau menjadi pelanggan tetap sebuahkedai kopi atau kafe.Berdasarkan hasil pra-surveiyang dilakukan tidak ada yang melihatvariabel promosi dan bukti fisik sebagai indikator/variabel maka peneliti memutuskan untukmeneliti 5P. Metode ini juga banyak digunakan untuk bisnis start-up atau korporat sehinggasangat memungkinkan untuk diterapkan pada Mustep.id.Dalam penelitian ini diamatibagaimana pengaruhproduk, harga, tempat, proses, dan orangterhadapkepuasan pelanggan.Data penelitian diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden penelitian sebanyak 110responden. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwatempatdan produk tidak berpengaruh terhadapkepuasanpelanggan.
