| dc.description | D'Igloo is a thematic cafe with Antarctic region atmosphere. The cafe's dining area is colder than most other cafes with temperatures ranging between 15-20° Celsius which located in Pakuwon City Laguna. D'Igloo utilizes a unique building that looks like the Igloo house commonly found in polar regions. D'Igloo target market is above fifteen years old. The purpose of this business is to develop thematic cafe in Surabaya, and to introduce different thematic cafe for community of Surabaya. Operating hours of D'Igloo is Monday to Friday from 10a.m until 10p.m, Saturday and Sunday from 10a.m until 11p.m. The author distributed questionnaires to determine the level of interest on thematic cafe in Surabaya. The respondents consisted of 50 people from Ciputra University and 50 people outside Ciputra University. There are 68 people interested in Antaretic themed cafe. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | D'Igloo adalah bisnis cafe tematik bernuansa Antastika dengan suhu rangan yang dingin berkisar antara 15-20° Celsius dengan memakai empat AC split yang berlokasi di Pakuwon City Laguna. D'Igloo menggunakan bangunan yang unik yaitu bentuknya seperti rumah Igloo yang berada di daerah kutub. D'Igloo mempunyai pangsa pasar di atas usia 15 tahum. Bisnis ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan cafe tematik yang sudah ada di Surabava. serta memperkenalkan konsep cafe yang berbeda bag masyarakat Surabaya. Jam operasional D'Igloo pada har Senin sampai Jumat mula pukal 10:00 sampai 22:00 WIB dan hari Sabtu dan Minggu mulai pukul 10:00 sampai 23:00 WIB. Penulis menyebarkan kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat berkunjung ke cafe di Surabaya. Responden yang dipilih adalah 50 orang di lingkungan Universitas Ciputra dan 50 orang di luar Universitas Ciputra. Dan hasil knesioner, sebanyak 68 orang tertarik den gan nuansa Antartika. | en_US |
