| dc.description | The purpose of this research is to determine whether the price and quality of theproduct affect the consumer satisfaction at Suzana Bakery. The variables which aredone in this research are the price and quality of the product. The object of thisresearch is Suzana Bakery. The population of this research is all costumers of SuzanaBakery with the sample of customers who have already purchased more than threetimes. This research uses non-probability sampling method by using techniquesample with purposive sampling. The instrument which is used in this research is aquestionnaire with Likert scale without neutral value. The processing data in thisresearch uses statistical software SPSS 17.0. Based on the data analysis, it can beconcluded that the price and quality of products have significant effectsimultaneously towards consumer satisfaction at Suzana Bakery. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah harga dan kualitas produkberpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Suzana Bakery. Variabel yang ditelitiadalah harga dan kualitas produk. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Suzana Bakery.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen roti di Suzana Bakery dengansampel yaitu pelanggan yang telah melakukan pembelian lebih dari tiga kali.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampelnon-probabilitydengan teknik penarikansampel secarapurposive sampling.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah kuesioner dengan skala likert tanpa nilai netral.
