| dc.description | Performance Analysis of Financial and Non-Financial Aspects of Business Orden in Surabaya The purpose of this research is to observe both financial and non-financial performance of the company, in order to define the company’s strategy and to apply it for the company to be able perform well in the future. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, that uses Ratio Analysis to analyze the financial aspects and the Importance-Performance Analysis to analyze the non-financial aspects. Data used in this observation are monetary and non-monetary reports of company which were recorded from February 2011 to November 2011. The results showed that Orden businesses did not yet possess a sufficient financial performance because there are profitability ratios that do not meet performance effective standards. The fact that the activity ratio is not stable and fluctuates each month indicates that Orden does not perform optimally in managing its assets. Orden also needs to make improvements in non-financial aspects because results showed that the majority of service performance indicators are in quadrant 1 (concentrate here) which means that there are many attributes that customers expect, but cannot be served by Orden. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Analisis Kinerja Aspek Finansial dan Non-Finansial Usaha Orden di Surabaya Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kinerja aspek keuangan dan non keuangan yang terjadi sehigga perusahaan dapat mengetahui strategi apa yang akan diterapkan untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan Analisis Ratio untuk menganalisis aspek finansial dan Importance-Performance Analysis untuk menganalisis aspek non finansial. Data yang digunakan adalah data keuangan dan non keuangan usaha Orden selama 10 bulan mulai bulan Februari 2011 sampai November 2011. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usaha Orden belum memiliki kinerja finansial yang cukup baik karena masih ada rasio profitabilitas yang tidak memenuhi standar kinerja efektif dan rasio aktivitas usaha Orden yang tidak stabil dan berfluktuatif tiap bulannya menunjukkan bahwa usaha Orden belum maksimal dalam mengelola aset yang dimilikinya. Usaha Orden juga perlu melakukan perbaikan di aspek non finansial karena hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas indikator kinerja layanan berada pada kuadran I (concentrate here) yang berarti bahwa masih banyak atribut yang diharapkan pelanggan, namun belum bias dilayani oleh usaha Orden. | en_US |
