| dc.description | The objective of this research was to confirmed if variable product quality, service quality, and price determine Bratz-O Shop’s customer satisfaction. The population data used in this research was all Bratz-O Shop’s customer from November 2009 until April 2011 with sample used were 157 respondent whisch was obtained by using purposive sampling method. This research was conducted by using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. | dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi apakah benar variabel kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga menentukan kepuasan konsumen Bratz-O Shop. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Bratz-O Shop dari periode November 2009 sampai April 2011 dengan sampelnya berjumlah 157 responden yang diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis Faktor Konfirmatori.
