| dc.description | This study aims to find out whether the business development from Marset Distributor to Rajawali Ban store business based on marketing aspects, legal aspects, technical aspects, humar resources aspects, and financial aspects viable or not. This tire shop engaged in selling of truck tire group III and IV, such as dump trucks, trailers, and tronton. Types of data used are primary and secondary data, primary data collected by interview and observation process while secondary data collected from supporting books, newspapers, and BPS data. The variables studied include aspects of marketing, legal, technical, humar resource, and finance. Products offered are bias tires with Bridgestone branded, Gajah Tunggal branded, and Aeolus branded. Pricing strategy use Mark-up pricing with 15% addition. Feasibility tools of financial aspects are Net Present Value, Payback Period, Profitability Index, and Internal Rate of Return. Scenario analysis shows the calculation of NPV is Rp708, 738,697.92, Payback Period is 1 year 7 months and 10 days, Profitability Index equal to 5.0499, while the Internal Rate of Return is 93.7124% | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah kegiatan pengembangan bisnis dari distributor marset menjadi bisnis toko Rajawali Ban berdasarkan aspek pemasaran, aspek hukum, aspek teknis, aspek sumber daya manusia, dan aspek keuangan layak dijalankan atau tidak. Toko Rajawali Ban ini bergerak di bidang penjualan ban truk golongan III dan IV, seperti dump truck, trailer, dan tronton. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku-buku penunjang, Koran, dan BPS. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi aspek pemasaran, hukum, teknis, sumber daya manusia, dan keuangan. Produk yang ditawarkan adalah ban bias merek Bridgestone, Gajah Tunggal, dan Aeolus dengan strategi harga Mark-up Pricing sebesar 15%. Alat analisis kelayakan pada aspek keuangan menggunakan Payback Period, Net Present Value, Profitability Index, Internal Rate of Return, dan analisa skenario. Analisa skenario kondisi moderat memberikan hasil perhitungan NPV sebesar Rp708,738,697.92, PP adalah 1 tahun 7 bulan dan 10 hari, nilai PI adalah sebesar 5.0499, dan nilai IRR sebesar 93.7124%. | en_US |
