| dc.description | Mister Q is a business engaged in the retail food take away that brings the concept of Mexican cuisine that is quesadilla in Indonesia. Mister Q located at Royal Plaza 3rd floor, but since the opening, Mister Q had losses due to constraints of the location, characteristics of visitors, business competitors and the failure of lifting the main product because of market adjustment. Besides, the Mexican food market interest becomes the basic of this feasibility study research development in Pakuwon Trade Center. This feasiblity study aims is to determine whether the development Mister Q efforts inPakuwon Trade Center is either feasible or not. The research will be discuss from the viewpoint of the five aspects in detail which is the market and marketing aspects, legal aspects, technical aspects, financial aspects and human resources aspects.This feasibility research uses descriptive research method by using the primary data of observation and interviews as well as using the secondary data from the study documentation. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Mister Q adalah suatu usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan retail take away yang membawa konsep masakan Meksiko yaitu quesadilla ke dalam cita rasa yang sesuai dengan lidah masyarakat di Indonesia. Mister Q berlokasi di Royal Plaza lantai 3, namun seiring berjalannya pembukaan, Mister Q mengalami kerugian karena kendala lokasi, ciri pengunjung, kompetitor usaha dan gagalnya mengangkat produk utama setelah adanya penyesuaian produk dengan pasar. Fakta ketertarikan pasar terhadap makanan Meksiko menjadi dasar diadakan penelitian studi kelayakan bisnis untuk pengembangan usaha di Pakuwon Trade Center. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah usaha pengembangan Mister Q di Pakuwon Trade Center layak atau tidak untuk dilakukan. Penelitian akan dibahas dari sudut pandang lima aspek secara detail yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek hukum, aspek teknis, aspek keuangan dan aspek sumber daya manusia. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer observasi dan wawancara serta data sekunder berupa studi dokumentasi. | en_US |
