dc.descriptionThe use of online travel agents is a phenomenon that has a major impact on changes in the lifestyle of the Indonesian people in travel planning activities. Individual encouragement factors in the use of online travel agent applications are certainly different. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the intention to use online travel agents for Tiket.com users. The research method used in this study is quantitative with multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the two independent variables of this study on the dependent variable of this study. The sample used in this study amounted to 120 respondents with the characteristics of Tiket.com online travel agent users who are domiciled in the city of Surabaya, at least 21 years old, and using online travel agent applications within the last 3 months. The results of this study indicate that the perceived ease of use and perceived variables affect the intention to use online travel agents.en_US
dc.description.abstractPenggunaan online travel agent merupakan fenomena yang memberi dampak besar atas perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia dalam aktivitas perencanaan perjalanan . Faktor dorongan individu dalam penggunaan aplikasi online travel agent tentunya berbeda - beda . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari variabel perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap intention to use online travel agent pada pengguna Tiket.com . Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kedua variabel independen penelitian ini kepada variabel dependen penelitian ini . Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden dengan karakteristik pengguna online travel agent Tiket.com yang berdomisili di Kota Surabaya, berumur minimal 21 tahun, dan menggunakan aplikasi online travel agent dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan terakhir . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived ease of use dan perceived mempengaruhi intention to use online travel agent.en_US
