| dc.description | To balance sport achievements, athletes must become more competent and productive in other aspects of life with the aim of preparing for the final phase as athletes. To face the post - career transition period, und erstanding and awareness are needed to prepare each individual athlete with the guidance from sports organizations. F rom these reasons, this research is aimed to determine the entrepreneurial characteristics of post - career senior muaythai athletes in Semar ang. The subjects in this study are 30 senior muaythai athletes in Semarang. This research using quantitative method with descriptive analysis technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which will later be processed using the SPSS data processing application. The result is that entrepreneurial characteristic has significant effect and positive to athletes' career planning. Thus, suggestio ns for understanding career transitions in order to be able to prepare them well and for sports stakeholders are expected to create entrepreneurship education programs to accompany athletes' careers. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Untuk menyeimbangkan prestasi olahraga , atlet harus menjadi lebih kompeten dan produktif di aspek k ehidupan l ainnya dengan tujuan untuk persiapan masa di akhi r karirnya sebagai atlet. Untuk menghadapi masa trans isi pasca karir , maka dibutuhkan pemahaman dan juga kesadaran u ntuk mempersiapka nnya dari setiap individu atlet dengan bantuan pembinaan dari organisasi olahraga . Dari alasan tersebut, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik entrepreneurshi p terhadap perencanaan pasca karir atlet muaythai senior di Kota Semarang. Sub y ek dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 atlet muaythai senior di Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang nantinya akan diolah menggunakan aplikasi pengolah data SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik entrepreneurship berpengaruh signifikan dan positif t erhadap perencanaan pasca karir atlet. Dengan demikian saran bagi atlet untuk memahami transisi karir atlet supaya mampu mempersiapkannya dengan baik dan bagi pemangku kepentingan olahraga diharapkan unt uk menciptakan program pendidikan kewirausahaan guna mendampingi karir atlet. | en_US |
