| dc.description | This thesis aims to design a balanced scorecard for PT X, a family - owned construction company which has yet to implement a quantifiable performance evaluation system . The decision to use balanced scorecar d is based on the company’s need to create an understanding of its strategy across the company ranks, and to help with strategy execution. This research is conducted based on qualitative methodology, with case study approach. Data collection is done throug h in depth interview with the company’s director and managerial staff to better understand the company’s strategic objectives and to set targets based on company’s capability. Data analysis found 13 strategic objectives and 2 8 indicators across the four perspectives of balanced scorecard. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan rancangan balanced scorecard pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi PT X, dimana PT X merupakan perusahaan keluarga yang belum memiliki suatu sistem penilaian kinerja terukur. Pemilihan balanced scorecard didasari kebutuhan perusahaan untuk menciptakan kesepemahaman terkait strategi pada sel uruh jajaran karyawan serta mengeksekusi strategi dengan tepat sasaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasu s. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan direktur dan staff manajer PT X untuk menggali data terkait sasaran strategis perusahaan serta menentukan target capaian berdasarkan kapabilitas perusahaan .
