| dc.description | Lately, there have been a lot of 3 - stars hotels established/built in surabaya . One of the 3 - stars hotels is Artotel Surabaya which is located in Jl. Dr. Soetomo. This research was aimed at finding out and analyzing the influence of exterior design and promotion that was used by Artotel Surabaya to the consumer’s decision to stay. The method that was used in this research is a quantitative research. Data collection technique in this research was perform by spreading questionnaire that was used likert’s scale. T he analysis result that was being treated by SPSS application shows that the exkterior design and promoti on have positive and significant impact to the consumer’s decision to stay at Artotel Surabaya. | en_US | 
| dc.description.abstract | Saat ini, Mulai banyak hotel bintang tiga yang berdiri di Surabaya . Salah satu hotel bintang tiga tersebut yakni Artotel Surabaya yang berlokasi di Jl. Dr. Soetomo. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh desain eksterior dan promosi yang digunakan Artotel Surabaya terhadap keputusan menginap konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digu nakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert . Hasil analisis yang telah diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS menunjukkan bahwa desain eksterior dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan Menginap konsumen di Artotel Surabaya. | en_US |
