| dc.description | This research is written to determine application of Service Profit Chain in Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate and Spa and its effect towards operational quality. Method used in this research is qualitative with Service profit chain as its dependent variable and operational quality as its independent variable. Population is total occupancy during July until December 2014, while sample is guests who gave comment on guest comment form. Data collecting method of this research is using direct observation and deep interview with management of Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate and Spa. | dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Service Profit Chain di Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate and Spa serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Service Profit Chain sebagai variabel dependent dan kualitas operasional sebagai variabel independent . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah okupansi Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate and Spa selama periode bulan Juli hingga Desember 2014, sedangkan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah tamu yang mengisi guest comment selama periode waktu yang sama. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak manajemen Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate and Spa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Service Profit Chain saling mempengaruhi khususnya terhadap kualitas operasional di Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate and Spa. | en_US |
