| dc.description | This study aims to determine the influence of the factors in the theory of planned behavior ; which are attitude, S ubjective N orms and P erceived C ontrol B ehavior , toward s the entrepreneurial intention of Ciputra University ’s s tudent s . The population used in this study is Ciputra University ’s student s majoring in International Business Management from 2012 to 2015 school years . The sampling technique is proportional stratif ied sampling with the total sample s of 95 respondents. Questionnaire is used as data collection method, while multiple liniear regression analysis is used as analysis technique. Research result s show that A ttitude (X 1 ), S ubjective N orms (X 2 ), and P erceive d C ontrol B ehavior (X 3 ) affect E ntrepreneurial intention (Y) , both partially and simultaneously . The result s of the regression coefficient are 0.313 for Attitude , 0.300 for Subjective Norms, and 0,322 for Perceived Control Behavior . Therefore, Ciputra University is expected to be a driving force in improv ing student ’s attitudes, S ubjective N orms , and P erceived Co ntrol B ehavior in order to increase their entrepreneurial intention | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor dalam theory of planned behavior yaitu sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Ciputra. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Ciputra jurusan International Business Management tahun ajaran 2012-2015. Teknik dalam penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional stratified sampling dengan hasil total sampel sebanyak 95 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel sikap (X 1 ), norma subjektif (X 2 ), kontrol perilaku (X 3 ) terhadap niat berwirausaha (Y) secara parsial maupun simul tan , dengan hasil koefisien regresi variabel sikap sebesar 0.313, variabel norma subjektif sebesar 0.300 dan variabel kontrol perilaku sebesar 0.322. Oleh karena itu Universitas Ciputra diharapkan untuk dapat menjadi pendorong mahasiswa untuk memperbaiki sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku sehingga dapat menumbuhkan niat berwirausaha | en_US |
