dc.descriptionThe city hotels that adopt the concept of budget hotel are flourished in Surabaya. One of those budget hotels is Hot el 88 which is located in Embong Malang street. This research is aimed at finding out and analyzing the influence of internal factors (needs of staying perception, background experience, and purpose of staying) and external factors (brand name, promotion, price, and location) to the consumer’s decision to stay. This research is a descriptive quantitative by using multiple linear regression and classical assumption test as statistics methods. The data are gained from 108 consumers as the respondents. The fin dings showed that all independent variables that were being tested had simultaneous and partial influence to the consumer’s decision to stayen_US
dc.description.abstractMulai banyak muncul city hotel dengan konsep budget hotel di Surabaya. Salah satu budget hotel di Surabaya adalah Hotel 88 yang berlokasi di Embong Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh faktor internal (kebutuhan menginap, persepsi, pengalaman masa lalu, dan tujuan m enginap) dan faktor eksternal ( brand name , promosi, harga, dan lokasi) terhadap keputusan konsumen menginap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitat if deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode statistik analis is regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Data yang diperoleh dari responden sebanyak 108 konsumen. Hasil penelitian bahwa, semua variabel bebas yang diteliti mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan konsumen menginap.en_US
