| dc.description | T his research aims to analyze the business deve lopment feasibility of “Marcell Lim” shoes production and distribution from its sales activities through personal selling to being a distributor for some boutiques in Surabaya. The products of “Marcell Lim” Shoes are all high - heels shoes. Feasibility studies are reviewed from several aspects, but study is only reviewed from five aspects, namely market and marketing aspect, legal aspect, technical and technological aspect, management aspect, and financial aspect. This research is carried o ut by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews and observations to customers, potenti al consumers, and owner of the same business type. Potential customers consist of some boutique owners in four shopping malls in Surabaya which are going to b e the targeted market for “Marcell Lim” Shoes. Those four shopping malls are Pakuwon Trade Center, Tunjungan Plaza, Pasar Atum, and Pasar Atum Mall. The amount of the questionnaires respondents is 55 using judgement sampling technique. | dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan pengembangan bisnis usaha produksi dan distribusi sepatu merk “Marcell Lim” dari penjualan melalui personal selling menjadi penjualan dengan cara menjadi distributor bagi beberapa butik di Surabaya. Semua sepatu merk “Marcell Lim” merupakan sepatu high - heels. Penelitian kelay akan ditinjau dari beberapa aspek, namun studi kelayakan pengembangan usaha ini hanya ditinjau dari lima aspek, yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek hukum, aspek teknis dan teknologi, aspek manajemen, dan aspek keuangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuisioner serta melakukan wawancara dan observasi kepada pelanggan, calon konsumen, dan pelaku usaha sejenis. Calon konsumen yang diteliti terdiri dari beberapa pemilik butik di empat pusat perbelanjaan di Surabaya yang akan menjadi target pasa r sepatu merk “Marcell Lim”. Empat pusat perbelanjaan terse but adalah Pakuwon Trade Center, Tunjungan Plaza, Pasar Atum, dan Pasar Atum Mall. Responden untuk kuisioner berjumlah 55 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara judgement sampling . Hasil pen elitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan bisnis usaha produksi dan distribusi sepatu merk “Marcell Lim” di Surabaya dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan. | en_US |
