| dc.description | The current development of event organizers because of the development Indonesian economy.
Urban people busy because of their work, it makes them to hand over the event they have to the
event organizer. The increasing need for event organizer services by the community makes the
business and field of work of event organizers a very profitable business. Event organizers must
be able to provide equal services to each client in order to achieve the goals and consumer
satisfaction. Every client has different requests. During the event, each event organizer must be
able to handle and serve various needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the service
quality and customer satisfaction of Fairytale Organizer services during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The method used in this research is qualitative analysis. The research subjects are owners and
consumers who have used Fairytale Organizer during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods of
collecting data by interviews, observation, and documentation. From this research, there is a
quality of service from Fairytale Organizer and customer satisfaction who have used the services

| dc.description.abstract | Perkembangan event organizer saat ini dikarenakan perkembangan perekonomian Indonesia.
Kesibukan orang perkotaan karena pekerjaan yang membuat mereka untuk menyerahkan
acaranya kepada event organizer. Semakin dibutuhkannya jasa event organizer oleh masyarakat
membuat bidang usaha dan bidang pekerjaan event organizer menjadi sebuah bisnis yang sangat
menguntungkan. Event organizer harus dapat memberikan jasa pelayanan yang sama rata kepada
setiap klien agar mencapai tujuan dan kepuasan yang diinginkan konsumen. Setiap klien
memiliki permintaan yang berbeda-beda. Saat dalam event setiap event organizer harus dapat
menangani dan melayani kebutuhan yang beragam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui
kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen jasa Fairytale Organizer selama masa pandemi
Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa kualitatif. Subjek
penelitian adalah owner dan konsumen yang telah menggunakan Fairytale Organizer di masa
pandemi Covid-19. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan
dokumentasi. Dari penelitian ini maka terdapat kualitas layanan dari Fairytale Organizer dan
kepuasan konsumen yang telah menggunakan jasa dari Fairytale Organizer. | en_US |
