| dc.description | This design is made in order to create a brand activation and promotional media for Joe’s Food and Cake House, a dairy-free bakery business from Samarinda that is currently adapting in Surabaya. To introduce the business to people of Surabaya and Java Island, a brand activation plan in the form of a contest concept is made. ButterFree: Baking Competition is an online contest with dairy-free baking as a concept, and the contest will be held on Instagram. Other than holding a contest, ButterFree: Baking Competition will also educate people about milk allergy, lactose intolerance, and dairy-free diet. This research uses methods such as literature study, interviews, and questionnaire. The purpose of this research is to help Joe’s Food and Cake House’s promotion process in Surabaya and Java Island. The result of this research shows that ButterFree: Baking Competition can help Joe’s Food and Cake House’s promotion, and also educate people about milk allergy, lactose intolerance, and dairy-free diet. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Perancangan ini dibuat untuk menyusun brand activation dan promosi untuk Joe’s Food and Cake House, sebuah bisnis kue dairy-free asal Samarinda yang saat ini sedang beradaptasi di Surabaya. Untuk memperkenalkan bisnis kepada masyarakat Surabaya dan Pulau Jawa, dibuat perancangan brand activation dalam bentuk konsep lomba. ButterFree: Baking Competition adalah lomba online yang dengan konsep baking dairy-free, dan lomba ini diselenggarakan pada media Instagram. Selain menyelenggarakan lomba, ButterFree: Baking Competition juga akan mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai alergi susu, intoleransi laktosa, dan juga diet dairy-free. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian metode data berupa studi literatur, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses promosi Joe’s Food and Cake House di Surabaya dan Pulau Jawa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ButterFree: Baking Competition dapat membantu promosi Joe’s Food and Cake house, dan juga dapat mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai alergi susu, intoleransi laktosa, dan diet dairy-free. | en_US |
