| dc.description | Successful countries is shown by the progress of the Construction Industry. In a construction project, there is a various aspects, for example: cost, quality and time schedule of project. The success of a project requires the implementation of good management. Controlling costs, work quality and worker productivity can reduce the risk of project delays and cost overruns. To produce a good project, it is necessary to find out in the completion of this project what factors affect the costs incurred by the construction company. The method used in this research is quantitative exploratory with a duration of approximately 4 months. Of the 21 indicators that are formed, validity and reliability tests are carried out to be able to test whether the indicators are valid and reliable to test data analysis. After testing the validity and reliability, it is known that 2 indicators are not reliable so that only 19 indicators are eligible for factor analysis. Of the 19 indicators tested, 6 factors were formed including: Timeliness of orders, Contractor costs, Quality Control, Optimization of Project work, On time delivery and inventory performance, and Financial Control. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Suatu negara yang berkembang ditunjukan salah satunya dengan kemajuan Industri Konstruksi. Pada sebuah proyek Konstruksi terdapat berbagai macam aspek contohnya biaya, mutu dan waktu pengerjaan proyek. Berhasilnya suatu proyek menuntut adanya pelaksanaan manajemen secara baik. Pengendalian biaya, mutu pekerjaan dan produktivitas pekerja dapat mengurangi resiko terjadinya keterlambatan dan pembengkakan biaya proyek. Untuk menghasilkan proyek yang baik, maka perlu untuk mencari dalam penyelesaian proyek ini faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi biaya yang keluar pada perusahaan konstruksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif Ekploratory dengan durasi selama kurang lebih 4 bulan. Dari 21 Indikator yang terbentuk, maka dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk dapat menguji apakah indikator tersebut valid dan reliable untuk dilakukan uji analisis data. Setelah uji validitas dan reliabilitas diketahui bahwa 2 indikator tidak reliable sehingga hanya 19 indikator yang layak untuk dilakukan analisis faktor. Dari 19 indikator yang diuji, terbentuk 6 buah Faktor diantaranya : Ketepatan waktu order, Biaya kontraktor, Quality Control, Optimalisasi pengerjaan Proyek, Ketepatan waktu pengiriman dan kinerja persediaan, dan Kontrol Keuangan | en_US |
