dc.descriptionKnowing and analyzing customer engagement, customer bonding and customer satisfaction on customer retention at the KMU eye clinic. This research was conducted using a quantitative research method approach. The population in this study was the KMU Main Eye Clinic Customers as many as 350 people, this number was obtained from the five research indicators multiplied by five. The sample in this study were 93 respondents. By using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that Customer Engagement has no significant effect on Customer Retention, Bonding Customer has no significant on Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction has an effect on Customer Retention.en_US
dc.description.abstractMengetahui dan menganalisa customer engagement, bonding customer, dan customer satisfaction terhadap customer retention pada klink mata KMU. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen klinik mata KMU sebanyak 350 orang yang mana jumlah ini diperoleh dari lima indikator penelitian yang dikaliakn dengan lima. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 93 responden. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer engagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer retention, bonding customer tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer retention, dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer retention.en_US
