| dc.description | Rainbow Stone Batu Alam is a company engaged in the sale of natural stone crafts, located in Surabaya. The following is sales data for natural stone crafts for 2019 – 2021 at the Rainbow Stone Batu Alam company. Sales of natural stone crafts at Rainbow Stone Batu Alam have not yet reached the target set by the company. When a consumer makes a purchase, many factors influence his purchase decision in terms of quality, location, promotion or the atmosphere of the place. Purchasing decision is the selection of various alternatives in accordance with certain interests by establishing an option that is considered the most profitable for consumers. Therefore this research was conducted to find out how product quality, location, and promotion affect purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on 89 respondents who had made purchases at Ranbow Stone Batu Alam at least twice. The results of this study prove that product quality, location, and promotion have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. From multiple regression analysis results can be carried out regression equation : Y=5,579146 + 0,3018509X1 +0,1301326X2 + 0,2399828X3 + ε. Product quality variable (X1) is the most influence to purchasing decision (Y) with coeffient value 0,30, and then follow with promotion variable (X3) with coeffient value 0,24, and location variable with coeffient value 0.13. | dc.description.abstract | Rainbow Stone Batu Alam adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan kerajinan batu alam, yang berlokasi di Surabaya. Penjualan kerajinan batu alam di Rainbow Stone Batu Alam, tahun 2019-2021 belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Ketika konsumen melakukan sebuah pembelian, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembeliannya tersebut baik dari segi kualitasnya, lokasi, promosi ataupun suasana dari tempat tersebut. Keputusan pembelian merupakan pemilihan dari berbagai alternatif sesuai dengan kepentingan-kepentingan tertentu dengan menetapkan suatu pilihan yang dianggap paling menguntungkan bagi konsumen. Maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas produk, lokasi, dan promosi berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 89 orang responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Ranbow Stone Batu Alam minimal dua kali. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk, lokasi, dan promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda didapatkan model regresi : Y=5,579146 + 0,3018509X1 +0,1301326X2 + 0,2399828X3 + ε. Variabel Kualitas produk (X1) yang paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan nilai koefisien 0,30, lalu diikuti dengan varibel promosi (X3) dengan nilai koefisien 0,24, dan variabel lokasi dengan nilai koefisien 0.13.
