EXPLORING THE SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE TOWARDS WORKING BEHAVIOR MINDSET OF EMPLOYEES IN FLASH LAUNDRY

This research entitled “Exploring the Spiritual Intelligence towards Working Behavior Mindset of Employees in Flash Laundry” in order to find the connection between spiritual intelligence and working behavior. The key indicators for this research are from seven theories which are critical existential thinking, personal meaning production, transcendental awareness, Conscious State Expansion, growth mindset, fixed mindset, and working behavior mindset. This research used a qualitative approach in interviews using a semi structured interview. The researcher interviewed six people with different positions as business experts, employees of Flash Laundry, and customers of Flash Laundry. Based on the research, employees are very interest about spiritual education in working behavior. The result from this research will be the guidance for Flash Laundry to add better methods to increase the spiritual intelligence in working behavior mindset
