EXPLORING LEADERSHIP STYLE IN ROJO SUSHI BUSINESS
Abstract
Exploring Leadership Style in Rojo Sushi Business
In response to the positive situation food and beverages condition in
Indonesian Industry, Rojo Sushi sees a valuable business opportunity in FnB sector.
To gain good decision that is made by the CEO, the company must take into a
leadership evaluation. Hence, the objective of this research is to know about the
relation between leadership style and motivation in Rojo Sushi business project. This
research is qualitative research with interview as data collection method. A total of 5
informants are chosen as the study interviewees. This research used process of data
reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification is used as data
analysis techniques. The results suggest that the CEO of Rojo Sushi business
pretending the leadership style and do more motivation to the member. The
motivation is having a strong relationship to the leadership style because it is an
important indicator to the transformational leadership style
