| dc.description | The COVID – 19 pandemic has caused a decline in many industries, including food industry. However, there are still restaurant that survive, especially in Surabaya City. This makes entrepreneurs have to try harder to improve the quality of their products and services. The purpose of this study is to investigate further in which the extent of implementation of SOP in relation in influence the work productivity that results in the sales increasing at Mumu Kuru Surabaya. Meanwhile, sample of this research is about 30 employees of Mumu Kuru Surabaya, both in the kitchen and bar. Moreover, the technique of data collection in this study is conducted by distributing questionnaires through google form. This research is a quantitative study and the data that has been obtained will be analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service (SPSS) program. The result of the hypothesis showed that the implementation of SOP has a direct effect on sales. In addition, it can be conclouded that the implementation of SOP has an effect on sales by increasing employee performance. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pandemi COVID–19 menyebabkan banyak industri mengalami penurunan, termasuk industri makanan. Namun masih ada usaha restoran yang bertahan, terutama di Kota Surabaya. Hal tersebut membuat para pelaku bisnis harus berusaha lebih keras untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk maupun pelayanannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti lebih jauh, sejauh mana penerapan SOP dalam kaitannya mempengaruhi produktifitas kerja yang menghasilkan peningkatan penjualan di Mumu Kuru Surabaya. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 karyawan di Mumu Kuru Surabaya, baik dibagian dapur maupun bar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan meggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan data yang telah didapat akan di analisa dengan program Statistical Product and Service (SPSS). Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa penerapan SOP berpengaruh langsung terhadap penjualan. Selain itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan SOP berpengaruh terhadap penjualan melalui peningkatan kinerja karyawan. | en_US |
