| dc.description | The goal of this research is to determine the market acceptance and 6P (product, price, place, promotion, process, and physical evidence) from a sponge cake product with the soursop leaf additional. The study has been conducted by using a qualitative research method with the kind of experimental research that will be continued with the analysis of the market interest test and data collection by interviewing informants. The informants are selected by using purposive sampling. The result of the interviews with the informants shows that the purchasing decision by consumers from the product data factor is accepted because the taste is unique and interesting. The other factors such as price, promotion, process, place, and physical evidence have pretty good results from all aspects, and have attractive and sustainable packaging. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerimaan pasar dan strategi pemasaran 6P (product, price, place, promotion, process, dan physical evidence) terhadap produk sponge cake dengan penambahan bubuk daun sirsak yang Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen yang akan diteruskan dengan analisis uji minat pasar dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada informan. Informan dipilih dengan purposive sampling.
