| dc.description | This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee
performance through employee engagement at The Win Hotel. The variables used
in this study were work environment as the independent variable, employee
performance as the dependent variable and employee engagement as a mediating
variable. The method used is quantitative with SEM-PLS analysis techniques. The
sample used in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a saturated
sample technique and a sample of 55 respondents. The data collection technique in
this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Based
on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the work environment has
an influence on employee performance, as well as employee engagement has an
influence on employee performance. The work environment also has an influence
on employee engagement. The final findings in this study found that there is a
partial mediation in the relationship between the influence of the work environment
on employee performance through employee engagement. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap
kinerja karyawan melalui employee engagement The Win Hotel. Variabel yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel bebas,
kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat dan employee engagement sebagai
variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis
SEM-PLS. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non
probability sampling dengan teknik sampel jenuh dan sampel berjumlah 55
responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan
membagikan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil analisis
data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap
kinerja karyawan, begitu pula dengan employee engagement memiliki pengaruh
terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap
employee engagement. Temuan akhir pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat
mediasi parsial dalam hubungan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja
karyawan melalui employee engagement. | en_US |
