| dc.description | The research discussed the analysis of twelve elements of Neil H. Borden as a strategy to survive Cak Asmo restaurant in pandemic conditions in Denpasar city. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy of Cak Asmo restaurant in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Neil H. Borden's twelve analyses include product, pricing, branding, channels of distribution, personal selling, advertising, promotions, packaging, display, servicing, physical handling, and fact finding and analysis. The research method used is qualitative and uses triangulation techniques by comparing the results of interviews with previous research. The research will be conducted in Denpasar by interviewing two informants from cak asmo restaurant. The results of this study showed that twelve analyses of Neil H. Borden were useful in the survival strategy of Cak Asmo restaurant during the COVID-19 pandemic. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian membahas tentang analisis dua belas elemen Neil H. Borden sebagai strategi bertahan restoran Cak Asmo dalam kondisi pandemi di kota Denpasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi restoran Cak Asmo dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Dua belas analisis Neil H. Borden meliputi product, pricing, branding, channels of distribution, personal selling, advertising, promotions, packaging, display, servicing, physical handling, dan fact finding and analysis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara dengan penelitian terdahulu. Penelitian akan dilakukan di Denpasar dengan mewawancarai dua informan dari pihak restoran Cak Asmo. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa dua belas analisis Neil H. Borden bermanfaat dalam strategi bertahan restoran Cak Asmo di masa pandemi COVID-19. | en_US |
