dc.descriptionThis research is done to find out the relationship of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Social Influence and Peer Influence on Attitude Towards Mobile App Use dan Intention to Purchase in daily life of Surabaya and Palu people in using online marketplace. In data collection process, the researcher distributes questionnaires to 100 respondents who have ever shopped through Shopee online marketplace with purposive sampling method. The results of the research show that PU variable affects significant on ATMAU and ITP, PEOU variable affects significant on ATMAU and does not affect significant on ITP, SI variable on ATMAU does not affects significant but on ITP affects significant, PI variable does not affects significant on ATMAU and ITP, and affects significant on ITP. The results of inner modelresearch on Smart PLS 3.0 show that PU variable on ATMAU and ITP has T-Statistic > 1.96, PEOU variable on ATMAU has T Statistic > 1.96 while on ITP < 1.96, SI variable on ATMAU has T-Statistic > 1.96 while on ITP < 1.96, PI variable on ATMAU and ITP has T-Statistic < 1.96 and ATMAU variable on ITP has T-Statistic < 1.96. Thus, it can be concluded that, 5 hypotheses are accepted, and 4 hypotheses are rejected.en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui hubungan Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Social Influence dan Peer Influence terhadap Attitude Towards Mobile App Use dan Intention to Purchase pada kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat Surabaya dan Palu dalam menggunakan online marketplace. Dalam proses pengumpulan data, peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernah berbelanja melalui online marketplace Shopee dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel PU berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ATMAU dan ITP, variabel PEOU berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ATMAU dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada ITP, variabel SI terhadap ATMAU tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun pada ITP berpengaruh signifikan, variabel PI tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ATMAU dan ITP, dan variabel ATMAU berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ITP. Hasil pengujian inner model pada Smart PLS 3.0 menunjukkan bahwa variabel PU terhadap ATMAU dan ITP memiliki T-Statistic > 1.96, variabel PEOU terhadap ATMAU memiliki T-Statistic > 1.96 sedangkan terhadap ITP < 1.96, variabel SI terhadap ATMAU memiliki T-Statistic > 1.96 sedangkan terhadap ITP < 1.96, variabel PI terhadap ATMAU dan ITP memiliki T-Statistic < 1.96, dan variabel ATMAU terhadap ITP memiliki T-Statistic < 1.96. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa 5 hipotesis diterima dan 4 hipotesis ditolak.en_US
