| dc.description | Innovation becomes the basic for small business that has sustainable
growth, success is important because innovation can make business still
competitive and profitable by implementing various innovative solutions. The
purpose of this research is to prove the effect of innovation dimensions (product
innovation, process innovation, market innovation) on business performance of
SMEs culinary. The benefits of this research can be the source of information for
SMEs in improving business performance by implementing innovation as strategy
to face environmental uncertainty. 75 culinary SMEs culinary at the foodcourt area
of Royal Plaza Surabaya Mall is chosen to be the object of research. Quantitative
research method is used in this research, multiple linear analysis with classical
assumption test is chosen as analysis tool to facilitate decision making. This
research proves that there is no effect of innovation dimensions on business
performance of SMEs culinary at the foodcourt area of Royal Plaza Mall. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Inovasi menjadi dasar untuk bisnis kecil memiliki pertumbuhan yang
berkelanjutan, keberhasilan tersebut penting karena inovasi dapat membuat bisnis
tetap kompetitif dan menguntungkan dengan menerapkan berbagai solusi yang
inovatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh innovation
dimensions (product innovation, process innovation, market innovation) terhadap
performa bisnis UMKM kuliner. Manfaat penelitian dapat menjadi sumber
informasi bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan performa bisnis dengan menerapkan
inovasi sebagai strategi menghadapi ketidakpastian lingkungan. 75 UMKM kuliner
di area foodcourt Mall Royal Plaza Surabaya dipilih untuk menjadi objek
penelitian. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini, analisis
linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik dipilih sebagai alat analisis untuk
memudahkan pengambilan keputsan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa tidak ada
pengaruh innovation dimensions terhadap performa bisnis UMKM kuliner di area
