dc.descriptionThe competition that is develop in business world has entired companies to think about the prospect of human resources. The companies need human resources who have Work Engagement true the role of Coworker Support, Supervisor Support, and Meaningful Work. This research is done with batch 3 of 2017 of Corporate Entrepreneurship of Universitas Ciputra student as research object. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Coworker Support on Work Engagement with Supervisor Support and Meaningful Work as moderation variables in context of internship students who work at the companies. The variables that it used in this research, that is, Coworker Support as independent variable, work engagement as dependent variable, and Supervisor Support and meaningful work as moderation 1 and 2 variables. The method that it used in this research, that is, analysis method such as Partial Least Square (PLS) with software SmartPLS. The sample in this research, that is, batch 3 of 2017 of Corporate Entrepreneurship of Universitas Ciputra internship students with the total of 96 people. . Based on the analysis that is done it is obtained the result that Coworker Support affect significant on Work Engagement, Supervisor Support and Meaningful Work do not support the moderation of Work Engagement effect on Coworker Support of batch 3 of 2017 Corporate Entrepreneurship internship students at Universitas Ciputra.en_US
dc.description.abstractPersaingan yang berkembang di dunia bisnis telah mendorong perusahaan untuk memikirkan prospek sumber daya manusia. Perusahaan membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki Work Engagement melalui peranan Coworker Support, Supervisor Support dan Meaningful Work. Penelitian ini dilakukandengan Mahasiswa Corporate Entrepreneurship batch 3 angkatan 2017 Universitas Ciputrasebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Coworker Support terhadap Work Engagement dengan Supervisor Support dan MeaningfulWork sebagai variabel moderasi dalam konteks mahasiswa magang yang bekerja di perusahaan. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Coworker Support sebagai variabel independen, Work Engagement sebagai variabel dependen, dan Supervisor Support dan Meaningful Work sebagai variabel moderasi 1 dan 2. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis berupa Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa magang Corporate Entrepreneurship batch 3 angkatan 2017 Universitas Ciputra yang berjumlah 96 orang. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwaCoworker Support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Engagement, Supervisor Support dan Meaningful Work tidak dapat mendukung moderasi pengaruh Work Engagement terhadap Coworker Support pada mahasiswa magang CorporateEntrepreneurship batch 3 angkatan 2017 di Universitas Ciputraen_US
