dc.descriptionThis research is done with 2020/2021 International Business Management Student Union as research object. The propose of this research is to find out the effect of individual learning orientation on individual innovative behavior with work group cohesion as mediation variable in virtual team context. The variable that used in this research, that is, individual learning orientation as independent variable, individual innovative behavior as dependent variable, and work group cohesion as mediation variable. The method that is used in this research, that is, analysis method such as Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The sample of this research, that is, 2020/2021 International Business Management Student Union member, with the total 36 respondents. This research uses sensus technique, that is saturated sample in sampling. Data collection technique in this research, that is, distributing google form questionnaires with Likert scale measurement. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that individual learning orientation (X) and individual innovative behavior (Y) variables with significant value of 0,003, individual learning orientation (X) and work group cohesion (M) variables are significant with significant value of 0,000, work group cohesion (M) and individual innovative behavior (Y) variables are significant with significant value of 0,049. The work group cohesion variable gives mediation role partially on relationship between individual learning orientation (X) and individual innovative behavior (Y).en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan Student Union jurusan International Business Management periode 2020/2021 sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh individual learning orientation terhadap individual innovative behavior dengan work group cohesion sebagai variabel mediasi dalam konteks virtual team. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu individual learning orientation sebagai variabel independen, individual innovative behavior sebagai variabel dependen, dan work group cohesion sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis berupa Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu anggota Student Union jurusan International Business Management periode 2020/2021 berjumlah 36 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus yaitu sampel jenuh dalam pengambilan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu membagikan kuesioner google form dengan pengukuran skala likert. Berdasarkan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa variabel individual learning orientation (X) dan individual innovative behavior (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003, variabel individual learning orientation (X) dan work group cohesion (M) signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, variabel work group cohesion (M) dan individual innovative behavior (Y) signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,049. Variabel work group cohesion memberikan peran mediasi sebagian terhadap hubungan antara individual learning orientation (X) dan individual innovative behavior (Y).en_US
