| dc.description | Covid-19 pandemic encourages people around the world to carry out Work from Home
in order to hold the virus spread rate. Likewise the situation in Indonesia. Work from Home or is
known also as remote working term is more flexible working system, because workers do duty and
obligation out of office physical environment. When Work from Home, workers are faced with
situation to carry out personal life responsibility as well. This thing can affect Work Life Balance
of the worker concerned. A worker's Work Life Balance can be influenced by several factors, such
as Work Fatigue and Work Engagement factors.
This research uses quantitative research method and Smart PLS application that is used
to analyze data. The population that is gathered by workers throughout Indonesia has several
criteria such as: have ever carried out Work From Home with 3 month time accumulation, had
working time of 20 to 40 hours per week, an intrapreneur, and an office worker. By using
purposive sampling technique, the total sample that is used is 120 people. The results show that
the relationship between Work From Home and Work Life Balance on workers in Indonesia is
insignificant, the relationship between Work Engagement and Work Life Balance on workers in
Indonesia is insignificant, the relationship between Work Fatigue and Work Life Balance on
workers in Indonesia is significant, the relationship between Work From Home and Work
Engagement on workers in Indonesia is significant, the relationship between Work From Home
and Work Fatigue on workers in Indonesia is insignificant, the relationship between Work From
Home and Work Life Balance is influenced by Work Engagement on workers in Indonesia is
insignificant, and the relationship between Work From Home and Work Life Balance is influenced

| dc.description.abstract | Pandemi Covid-19 mendorong manusia di seluruh dunia untuk melaksanakan Work From
Home, guna menahan laju penyebaran virus. Demikian pula dengan situasi di Indonesia. Work
From Home atau yang dikenal juga dengan istilah remote working merupakan sebuah sistem kerja
yang lebih fleksibel karena para pekerja melakukan tugas dan kewajibannya di luar lingkungan
fisik kantor. Saat Work From Home, pekerja dihadapkan dengan situasi untuk melaksanakan
tanggung jawab kehidupan pribadinya juga. Hal ini dapat memengaruhi Work Life Balance pekerja
yang bersangkutan. Work Life Balance seorang pekerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor,
diantaranya adalah faktor Work Fatigue dan Work Engagement.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan aplikasi Smart PLS yang
digunakan untuk menganalisa data. Populasi yang dikumpulkan para pekerja di seluruh Indonesia
yang memiliki beberapa kriteria seperti ; pernah melaksanakan Work From Home dengan
akumulasi waktu 3 bulan, memiliki waktu kerja 20 – 40 jam per minggu, seorang intrapreneur,
dan merupakan pekerja kantoran. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, total sampel
yang digunakan berjumlah 120 orang. Hasil menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara Work From
Home dengan Work Life Balance pada pekerja di Indonesia tidak signifikan, hubungan antara
Work Engagement dengan Work Life Balance pada pekerja di Indonesia tidak signifikan, hubungan
antara Work Fatigue dengan Work Life Balance pada pekerja di Indonesia signifikan, hubungan
antara Work From Home dengan Work Engagement pada pekerja di Indonesia signifikan,
hubungan antara Work From Home dengan Work Fatigue pada pekerja di Indonesia tidak
signifikan, hubungan antara Work From Home dengan Work Life Balance yang dipengaruhi Work
Engagement pada pekerja di Indonesia tidak signifikan, dan hubungan antara Work From Home
dengan Work Life Balance yang dipengaruhi Work Fatigue pada pekerja di Indonesia tidak
