| dc.description | This study is conducted to find out whether the establishment of "Illumination Shop" fashion business management, law, and finance. The business of "Illumination Shop" engages in fashion products such as clothes, pants, bags, and shoes. The research method is the business feasibility research study. The types of data used in this study include both primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected by using interviews, questionnaires, and book observations while the secondary data was collected from supporting the books, data from the central statistical body or Badan Pusat Statistik, and also internet. The result of the study regarding the establishment of "Illumination Shop" would cover several aspects. The first one is the marketing aspect, which is to increase promotional techniques and areas, and also to introduce the brand and the products that would be sold to public. The second result is the technical aspect, which is to maintain the quality of the products and to sell products with the highest demand. The third result is the managerial aspect, which is the number and quality of the labor. The fourth result is the law aspect, which is to meet the requirements of the parties concerned. The last result is the financial aspect, which is the feasibility of the business. It is measured based on Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) and Profitability Index (PI) as the financial tools with optimistic, moderate and pesimistic conditions. At the end of the research paper, result obtained from the study show that the establisment of the "Illumination Shop" in Mall Olympic Garden located at the Ground Floor Strata number GFS 36 Malang is reasonably feasible. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pendirian bisnis “Illumination Shop” ditinjau dari aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen, aspek hukum dan aspek keuangan layak dijalankan atau tidak layak dijalankan. Bisnis “Illumination Shop” bergerak di bidang fashion dengan produk utama aksesoris dan produk lainnya yaitu baju, celana, tas, sepatu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian studi kelayakan bisnis. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi, sedangkan pengumpulan data sekunder dapat diperoleh dari buku – buku penunjang, data dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan internet. Hasil dari penelitian pada pendirian bisnis “Illumination Shop” ini adalah pada aspek pasar dan pemasaran yaitu meningkatkan cara dan wilayah promosi serta mengenalkan merk serta produk yang dijual pada masyarakat, aspek teknis yaitu menjaga kualitas produk yang dijual dan menjual produk yang diinginkan konsumen, aspek manajemen yaitu jumlah dan kualitas tenaga kerja, aspek hukum yaitu memenuhi dan melakukan persyaratan dari pihak yang bersangkutan, aspek keuangan yaitu kelayakan bisnis dihitung dengan menggunakan Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) dan Profitability Index (PI) dalam keadaan optimis, moderat dan pesimis. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian kelima aspek tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendirian bisnis “ Illumination Shop” di Mall Olympic Garden yang berada di lantai Ground Floor Strata nomor GFS 36 Malang layak untuk dijalankan. | en_US |
