| dc.description | Friends N Fries is a company that runs in snack process business that is sold in online platform. Friends N Fries got sale decreasing entering 2020. The researcher then does survey to find out consumer’s reason of doing Friends N Fries product purchase. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of sensory quality, prices, menu variety, packaging factors, and health orientation factor on impulse buying behavior of Friends N Fries consumers. The research method that is used is descriptive research to find out the nature and deeper relationship between the two variables. The sample that is used is 145 people by using purposive sampling technique. Data is gathered by using questionnaire that is measured by Likert scale 5 that is analyzed by SEM. The result of the research shows there is effect of sensory quality variable and menu variety on impulse buying behavior. While the other three variables, that is, price, packaging, and health orientation do not affect on impulse buying behavior of Friends N Fries consumers. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Friends N Fries merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bisnis pengolahan makanan ringan yang dijual di platform online. Friends N Fries mengalami penurunan penjualan memasuki tahun 2020. Peneliti kemudian melakukan survei untuk mengetahui alasan konsumen melakukan pembelian produk Friends N Fries. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kualitas sensorik, harga, varietas menu, faktor packaging, serta faktor orientasi kesehatan terhadap perilaku impulse buying konsumen Friends N Fries. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif untuk mengetahui sifat serta hubungan yang lebih mendalam antara dua variabel. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 145 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan 5 Skala Likert yang dianalisis dengan SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel kualitas sensorik dan varietas menu terhadap perilaku impulse buying. Sedangkan ketiga variabel lain yaitu harga, packaging, dan orientasi kesehatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku impulse buying konsumen Friends N Fries. | en_US |
