| dc.description | The purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility of snacks Hokki’s business development plan in Surabaya’s modern retail. This business development feasibility study is divided into two aspects: external aspects and internal aspects. External aspect is an analysis of the industry enviromental aspects and market aspects. Internal aspect is an analysis of marketing aspects, technical aspects, human resources aspects, and financial aspects. This business development feasibility study is an applied-research. The sources of data are primary data and secondary data, obtaining through documentation study, observation, and interview. The result reveals that the business development plan is feasible, because every aspect of the external aspects and internal aspect has met the existing benchmark standards. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan rencana pengembangan usaha makanan ringan Hokki di ritel modern kota Surabaya. Studi kelayakan pengembangan usaha ini dibagi menjadi dua aspek, yaitu aspek eksternal dan aspek internal. Aspek eksternal meliputi analisis terhadap aspek lingkungan industri dan aspek pasar. Aspek internal meliputi analisis terhadap aspek pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek sumber daya manusia, dan aspek keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian terapan. Sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Prosedur pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rencana pengembangan usaha makanan ringan Hokki layak untuk dijalankan, karena telah memenuhi masing-masing tolak ukur kelayakan yang dibuat pada setiap aspek eksternal dan aspek internal. | en_US |
