dc.descriptionIntrapreneurial behavior is the concept of employees’ behavior or members of an organization who have entrepreneurial orientation (Mahmoud et al., 2018). Intrapreneurial behavior in individual employees is really beneficial for the company. The intrapreneurial behavior factor in this research consist of innovativeness, risk taking, self renewal, proactiveness, and competitive aggressiveness. The purpose of this research is to confirm that these intrapreneurial behavioral factors reflected in millennial generation employees (with the birth year 1983-2001) at CitraLand Marketing Office Surabaya. The sample in this study was 50 millennial generation employees at CitraLand Marketing Office Surabaya from several departments. This research uses quantitative approach with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method. Data collection in the research used a questionnaire that contains a statement based on 5 variables that are presumably of being intrapreneurial behavioral factors: innovativeness, risk taking, self renewal, proactiveness and competitive aggressiveness with 5-instrument Likert scale measuring instrument. The results of the research state that there are 4 factors that reflect millennial generation employees at CitraLand Marketing Office Surabaya, that are innovativeness, self renewal, proactiveness, and competitive aggressiveness.en_US
dc.description.abstractIntrapreneurial behavior merupakan konsep perilaku karyawan atau anggota organisasi yang memiliki orientasi secara entrepreneurial (Mahmoud et al., 2018). Perilaku intrapreneurial dalam individual karyawan sangat menguntungkan perusahaan. Faktor intrapreneurial behavior dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari innovativeness, risk taking, self renewal, proactiveness, dan competitive aggressiveness. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkonfirmasi bahwa faktor intrapreneurial behavior tersebut mencerminkan karyawan generasi milenial (dengan tahun kelahiran 1983-2001) di CitraLand Marketing Office Surabaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan 50 orang karyawan generasi milenial di CitraLand Marketing Office Surabaya dari berbagai departemen yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner berisi pernyataan berdasarkan 5 variabel yang diduga menjadi faktor intrapreneurial behavior yaitu innovativeness, risk taking, self renewal, proactiveness, dan competitive aggressiveness dengan alat ukur skala Likert 5 instrumen. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat 4 faktor yang mencerminkan karyawan generasi milenial di CitraLand Marketing Office Surabaya yaitu innovativeness, self renewal, proactiveness, dan competitive aggressiveness.en_US
