| dc.description | This research aims to devise a human resources management system in Bumi Jaya Prima company. The analysis factors in this research include placement, recruitment and training, and development and compensation. This research is a descriptive qualitative research in the form of case study. The selection of samples uses purposive sampling techniques with informants taken from Bumi Jaya Prima, PT. Indo Asia Tirta Manunggal and PT. Quadra Pacific Indonesia. Data collection methods used in this study include observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis result concludes the human resources management system in Bumi Jaya Prima. There are several phases in the making of human resources management system in Bumi Jaya Prima. The first phase is to conduct observation and in-depth interviews towards the informants of Bumi Jaya Prima. The second phase is to conduct observation on benchmarking companies and the third phase is to re-interview the informants of Bumi Jaya Prima. Finally, the last phase is documentation and data collection. The recruitment and deployment system involves job specification, job description, recruitment, and deployment. The training and development system is in the form of training and development. The compensation factor is focused on the systems of salaries, allowances, and overtime fee. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun sistem tata kelola sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan Bumi Jaya Prima. Faktor analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Perekrutan dan penempatan, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, dan Kompensasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel informan pada Bumi Jaya prima, PT. Indo Asia Tirta Manunggal dan PT. Quadra Pacific Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil analisis berupa sistem tata kelola pada Bumi Jaya Prima. Tahapan menyusun sistem tata kelola sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan Bumi Jaya Prima adalah pertama melakukan observasi dan in depth interview kepada informan Bumi Jaya Prima; kedua melakukan observasi dan wawancara ke perusahaan benchmark; ketiga melakukan wawancara ulang ke informan Bumi Jaya Prima, dan yang keempat melakukan dokumentasi akan hasil pengumpulan data. Faktor perekrutan dan penempatan berupa sistem job specification, job description, perekrutan, dan penempatan. Faktor pelatihan dan pengembangan berupa sistem pelatihan, dan pengembangan.
