dc.description | The rapid growth of the construction of cafes and restaurants has made Surabaya
to have great prospects for the growth of business mainly in the field of food and
beverages and it is believed that a specific theme for a certain restaurant can
influence purchase interest and changing customer appeal because before this
Surabaya people would just come to a restaurant and just looking for good foods
and beverages, with a lot of portions, and the price is relatively cheap.In this era
that has advanced and modern in the mid of Surabaya society it is not merely just
about satisfying and cheap foods and drinks, but customers who come to
restaurants have their reasons that they want to feel a different experience when
eating at a restaurant and it has made the writer to take account of the restaurant
design business that is called the X-PROJECT with an interesting concept that is
unique namely the construction.Construction itself has meaning as an activity to
build infrastructure or better known as the building that is being employed. There
are several factors that influence the decision of the construction selection of
themes including in terms of food such as fusion Japanese Western, interior
design, service and cost estimates. The restaurant's operational time is on every
day from 10:00 to 23:00 and the price of food sold is ranging from Rp. 5.000 to
Rp. 75.000. X-PROJECT server strengthens the concept of construction using
construction costume.” Some menu asthe mainstay offered by X-PROJECT is
chickenpopcorn, beef burger platinum, greentea lava cake and cola with
sparkling candy. With an initial investment of Rp. 1.214.852.982, the estimated
time required to recover the costs is less than three years. The design of this

dc.description.abstract | Pesatnya pertumbuhan pembangunan kafe dan restoran membuat Surabaya
memiliki prospek yang besar untuk berbisnis food and beverages dan diyakini
bahwa restoran yang memakai tema tertentu dapat mempengaruhi minat beli dan
mengubah daya tarik pelanggan karena sebelumnya masyarakat Surabaya hanya
datang ke sebuah restoran dan hanya mencari makanan dan minuman yang enak,
porsi yang banyak, dan harga yang relatif murah. Di jaman yang sudah semakin
maju dan modern ini masyarakat Surabaya tidak hanya sekedar kenyang dan
murah, tetapi para pelanggan datang ke restoran juga datang untuk merasakan
pengalaman yang berbeda ketika makan di sebuah restoran membuat penulis
memutuskan untuk membuat perancangan bisnis restoran yang dinamakan XPROJECT dengan konsep yang menarik unik yaitu construction. Construction
sendiri mempunyai arti sebagai kegiatan membangun sarana dan prasarana atau
lebih dikenal dengan bangunan yang sedang dipekerjakan. Ada beberapa faktor
yang mempengaruhi keputusan pemilihan tema construction diantaranya dari segi
makanan yaitu fusion Japanese Western, desain interior, service dan estimasi
biaya. Restoran ini beroperasional setiap hari mulai pukul 10:00 hingga 23:00 dan
harga makanan yang dijual berkisar antara Rp. 5.000 hingga Rp. 75.000. Server
X-PROJECT memperkuat konsep construction dengan menggunakan kostum
"baju kodok". Beberapa menu andalan yang ditawarkan X-PROJECT adalah
chicken popcorn, platinum beef burger, greentea lava cake dan cola with
sparkling candy. Dengan investasi awal sebanyak Rp. 1.214.852.982, perkiraan
waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengembalikan biaya yaitu kurang dari tiga tahun.
Perancangan bisnis ini berisi tentang profil dan latar belakang bisnis, produk,
