| dc.description | The Capstone is a restaurant with Mongolian barbeque concept which have an open kitchen and serving only one take dishes all you want. The Casptone located at Lidah Kulon 1 Wiyung street, Surabaya Barat. This restaurant operates daily from 11:00 a.m until 10.00 p.m. Mongolian barbeque is a way of cooking method by local people who using charcoal as a major tool in cooking. This charcoal is a combustion products from the rest of the branches of leaves or twigs of trees. Then this method as known as “Mongolian barbeque”. The Capstone want to create a satisfaction in the form of a unique experience that will consumers get while in the restaurant. This is in accordance with The Capstone tagline that reads “unique dining experience”. Where The Capstone want to give the best satisfaction to consumers from beginning to the end was in the restaurant. An enhance things include the concept of the restaurant, ambience, facilities, taste, and price. Products offered to consumers in the form of an unique dining experience for consumers involved to create a new food creations owned through creativity. In addition, consumers also can see the attraction of the chef directly because it uses an open kitchen. The Capstone also provide facilities and services with private room and table decoration. With the initial investment is estimated at Rp. 1.474.914.662, the estimated Break Even Point The Capstone will happen after selling 88.454,94 units or revenue The Capstone reach Rp. 2.742.103.140. So, the conclusions obtained by this business plan, The Capstone is acceptable and feasible. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | barbeque dengan dapur terbuka yang menyajikan hidangan sekali ambil sepuasnya. The Capstone berada di Jalan Lidah Kulon 1 Wiyung, Surabaya Barat. Restoran ini beroperasi setiap hari mulai pukul 11.00 WIB hingga 22.00 WIB. Mongolian barbeque merupakan sebuah cara penyajian makanan oleh masyarakat Mongolia yang menggunakan arang sebagai alat utama dalam memasak. Arang tersebut merupakan hasil pembakaran yang terbuat dari sisa ranting daun atau pepohonan. Cara memasak yang menggunakan arang tersebut lantas dikenal masyarakat luas dengan istilah “Mongolian barbeque”. The Capstone ingin menciptakan kepuasan berupa pengalaman unik yang akan konsumen dapatkan saat berada di restoran. Hal ini sesuai dengan tagline The Capstone yang berbunyi “unique dining experience”. Dimana The Capstone ingin memberikan kepuasan yang terbaik mulai dari awal hingga akhir berada di restoran. Kepuasan tersebut meliputi konsep restoran, suasana, fasilitas, rasa, dan harga. Produk yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen berupa pengalaman makan unik karena konsumen dilibatkan untuk menciptakan kreasi makanan baru lewat kreatifitas yang dimiliki. Selain itu, konsumen juga dapat menyaksikan atraksi sang koki secara langsung karena menggunakan dapur terbuka. The Capstone juga memberikan fasilitas yang mampu menunjang kepuasan konsumen. Fasilitas yang diberikan adalah private room dan jasa table decoration.
