| dc.description | This study aimed to determine the effect of customer bonding on customer loyalty
at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Ciputra World Surabaya. The type of this study
is quantitative study with the entire customer population of The Coffee Bean &
Tea Leaf outlets visiting The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Ciputra World Surabaya
from March 2
nd, 2015 until March 8
st, 2015. While the sample that was studied
amount 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Data
collection techniques using instruments distribution of questionnaires with Likert
Scale. Variables used in this study is the customer bonding as the independent
variable and customer loyalty as the dependent variable. Furthermore, data
processing using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 17 for
Windows. Based on the results of testing the hypotheses that have been calculated
using SPSS 17, it can be concluded that the customer bonding has significant and
positive effect on customer loyalty amount 23.9% and advocacy bonding is a
variable of customer bonding has a dominant effect on customer loyalty due to the
variable customer not only as well as a user yet marketer The Coffee Bean & Tea
Leaf in Ciputra World Surabaya. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer bonding terhadap
loyalitas pelanggan The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf di Ciputra World Surabaya.
Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi
seluruh pelanggan The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf yang berkunjung ke outlet The
Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf di Ciputra World Surabaya selama periode tanggal 2
Maret 2015 sampai dengan 8 Maret 2015. Sedangkan sampel yang diteliti
sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling.
Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pembagian kuesioner dengan
instrumen Skala Likert. Variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel customer
bonding sebagai variabel bebas dan variabel loyalitas pelanggan sebagai variabel
terikat. Selanjutnya, pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS (Satistical
Package for Social Science) versi 17 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian
hipotesis yang telah dihitung menggunakan program SPSS 17, dapat disimpulkan
bahwa customer bonding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas
pelanggan sebesar 23,9% dan advocacy bonding merupakan variabel dari
customer bonding memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan
karena pada variabel tersebut pelanggan tidak hanya sebagai pemakai namun
sekaligus menjadi pemasar The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf di Ciputra World
