| dc.description | Global competition in looking for a job has increased the work standard in various dimensions, organization, management, human resource, quality, cost, product, and operational system (White, 1998; in Awaluddin,
2016). In an institution or a large company, certainly it has employees to help solving various tasks and problems. Each institution or company of course has various departments in one company and each company or institution has organizational culture and different job attitude that is different from one to others. This research discusses the influence of organizational culture and job attitude on job performance of University Ciputra employees. This institution uses IPE (Integrity, Professionalism, and Entrpreneurship) as the main foundation for organizational culture and job attitude. The purpose of this research is to find out whether organizational culture and job attitude have positive effect on improving job performance of employees. This become the uses quantitative method with the population of 313 University Ciputra employees and use sample 81 employees and using convenience sampling technique. This research uses questionnaire as the method of data collection. The results of this research show that organizational culture and job attitude have positive influence on job performance with average variance extracted above 0.5, have crobanch's alpha above 0.7, and have t-statistics above 1.96. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pada sebuah institusi atau perusahaan yang sudah besar pasti memiliki karyawan untuk membantu menyelesaikan berbagai tugas dan masalah. Setiap institusi tau perusahaan pasti memiliki berbagai departemen dalam satu perusahaan dan setiap perusahaan atau institusi memiliki budaya organisasi dan job attitude yang berbeda antara satu perusahaan dengan perusahaan lainnya. Penelitian in membahas tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi dan job attitude terhadap job performance karyawan Universitas Ciputra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi dan job attitude memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan job performance pada karyawan. Penelitian in menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian in sebanyak 313 karyawan Universitas Ciputra dengan sampel 81 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian in menggunakan kuisioner dengan teknik convenience sampling. Pengukuran indikator pada kuisioner menggunakan skala Likert. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS3 (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian in menujukkan budaya organisasi dan job attitude memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap job performance dengan nilai AVE (average variance extracted) di atas 0,5, memiliki crobanch's alpha di atas 0,7, serta memiliki t-statitsik di atas 1,96. | en_US |
