    Abstract
    Living Skin Boutique is a soap counter, concentrate on selling soap bar. Living Skin bar soap itself is a natural soap made from natural material content of virgin coconut oil and other natural ingredients, with no synthetic fragrance sodium laurate and dangerous to the health of the skin when it accumulates in the skin. Living Skin Boutique will establish his counter-Pakuwon Supermall Surabaya Indah, UG floor with an area of 25 square meters counter. Feasibility of building a Living Skin Boutique has reviewed aspects of the five criteria, namely the market and marketing, legal aspects, technical aspects, financial aspects, and aspects of management. Market and marketing aspects were analyzed using a questionnaire that was calculated using the Slovin’s formula with a margin rate of 5%, SWOT analysis, marketing strategy analysis (STP), analysis of the marketing mix (4P). Juridical aspects of analyzing a business license and permit locations, as well as taxes. Technical aspects of analyzing counter layout, logos Living Skin Boutique, and location. Analyze the financial aspects of the total project cost, projected financial statements consisting of projected income statements, cash flow statements and projections, investment assessment criteria consist of four aspects, namely the payback period, net present value, internal rate of return, and profitability index, and risk analysis is scenario analysis. Management aspects of analyzing the effective control system, organizational structure, and human resources. Living Skin Boutique has met the eligibility requirements of the fifth aspect, until construction can be declared eligible.
